You can apply your discount code on the Billing page.

First, click "Upgrade plan" in Your Plan section:

Once an upgrade page opens up, you will see "Apply discount code" option on the top right corner:

A new window pops up, enter your code in there and click "Apply". All done!

Note that if you already have an active subscription the discount will be made effective from the beginning of the next billing period.
