Sometimes you can see the pop-up error "An issue occurred while analyzing your Facebook Insights account, please reconnect it to make sure it works properly". That means that your insights account isn't connected properly. Please use this link to restore the connection.

If you would like to receive notifications about connection lost in Slack, please ensure that you have added a Slack channel in your account settings:

With this setting enabled, you will receive notifications via Slack whenever the connection to Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok or Google Ads is lost, so you will be able to restore the connection on the Integrations page by clicking into the respective platform name and "Reconnect" button.
