You can manage team members who can access the data through Slack bot. 

Each user should send any direct message to the Revealbot app in your Slack account to appear in the list as available team member on your Slack integration page. Go there and toggle off the option 'All users can use the Slack bot':

You will get the list of all Slack members who chatted with the bot. Turn on the toggle for users you want to have full access to the data through Slack bot. Others won't be able to request the data through Slack.

When 'All users can use the Slack bot' option is enabled - there are no restrictions and all your Slack members are allowed to access the data.
