The connection to ad accounts in Revealbot is established via a profile, which you can add on your Integrations page. Please find more instructions on this here

You can connect up to 15 profiles, so as long as these profiles have full admin rights to the ad accounts you need, you will be able to use unlimited number of ad accounts in Revealbot.

Switching a profile used for a specific ad account

If several profiles connected to Revealbot have full admin access to the same ad account, you can choose which profile will be used for connection to this ad account.

This option may be useful if one of the profiles lost its admin access to the ad account, or if it faces any connection issues with Facebook, Google, TikTok or Snapchat. Additionally, if one of the team members leaves the company and their profile is no longer needed in the Revealbot account, you will need to switch ad accounts to another team member as well.

To switch the profiles you'd need to visit the Integrations page and choose the platform, the option is available across all the connected platforms: Facebook, Google, TikTok and Snapchat Ads. Find the ad account in the list and click the profile picture next to its name - you'll see the list of profiles that have all admin rights to the ad account and will be able to choose another profile that given ad account will be associated with:

Unlinking the profile from Revealbot

If a team member whose profile is connected to Revealbot leaves the company, they will most likely need to unlink their profile from the platform.

IMPORTANT: If some of the ad accounts are connected to Revealbot via the profile that you would like to unlink, please make sure you re-select another profile for these ad accounts before removing the old profile to prevent the rules and reports from turning into drafts, and boosting rules, bulk creation templates, audiences and custom metrics from disappearing.

To unlink the profile, go to the Integrations page, open the ad platform you need and find the profile , then click "Unlink" button next to it.

If you face any difficulties switching the profiles or managing your integrations, feel free to contact our team in Intercom chat by clicking on the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the page, or at support@revealbot.com
