First of all, please make sure that your profile is still connected to Revealbot and access isn’t lost. Go to Integrations page - Facebook and open Profiles section. If access is lost you will see a blue button “Reconnect” next to a respective profile, if it’s there, click it to refresh the connection.

Please also make sure you selected an Attribution window that works in your case, and try enabling/disabling ‘Use ad set attribution window’ setting.
