Welcome to the Revealbot Social guide! If you’re looking to streamline your marketing efforts by creating a comprehensive project brief, you are in the right place. Our tool is designed to help you generate a detailed brief of your brand, product, buyer persona, key features, targeting, and tone of voice in just a few simple steps. Follow this guide to create your project successfully.
Step 1: Access the Project Generator
Once you are logged in to you Revealbot account, click on the personalized link from your beta invitation email. A page with Revealbot Social will appear.
Step 2: Describe Your Product
The product description is needed to generate AI-powered customized product brief, which saves your time and ensures alignment with marketing objectives.
A form will appear asking for details about your product. Add the link to your product first:
Then fill in the necessary information, including your brand name, features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs). Make sure to highlight what sets your product apart from the competition:
Click Generate brief to proceed
Step 3: Review the brief sample
You will now see a brief of your product. Review it carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.
You can regenerate the cards, adjust the amount of text generated, and even incorporate your brand logo:
Step 4: Manage Channels
Channels are essential for marking the destination of each post, providing a visual roadmap for your content strategy.
Subsequently, assign channels to the project from the top right corner (this step is optional and channels can be added later). The available platforms include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and custom pages.
If the channels are not yet integrated, you can add/connect them by clicking on the + Add Page/Connect Account button:
Once everything looks good, click on the Continue button:
How to edit brief?
If you need to make changes to your product brief later on, it can be easily modified directly from the project dashboard by simply clicking on the Edit Brief button:
How to create a new project?
If you're interested in starting a new project, simply click on the + New project button located in the dropdown menu of projects:
