Whether you're a seasoned marketer or just getting started with Revealbot, sharing rules is a simple yet powerful way to distribute automated workflows, enabling teams to leverage each other's expertise and optimize campaign performance collectively.

In this article, we'll provide instructions on how to share your rules with fellow Revealbot users, fostering collaboration and maximizing the efficiency of your advertising efforts. Let's dive in!

1) Navigate to Strategies within "Automate" section:

2) Click on My Strategies on the top right corner:

3) Click "Create strategy":

4) Next, you can give yout strategy a name, add a description, a link to an associated Youtube video (if you have one), select a preview image. In order to share an existing rule, select "+ From rule list":

Once the rule list opens up, you will be able to select one or more rules:

If you want to add a new rule to your strategy, you can do so by choosing "+ from scratch".

Please note that rules that contain some ad account specific parameters cannot be added to a strategy and further shared, for example:

If the rule you are adding contains any of the above or has any issues, you will see a warning. These issues can be fixed by clicking "edit rule".

6) Once everything is ready, click "Save" on the top right corner, and you'll be taken to the list of your strategies. From there, you can share, edit, duplicate or delete the strategy:

Once you click "Share", make sure you enable the access by link, copy the link and then you can provide this link to your community. You can also include your referral program link:
