This error means that Custom Audience Terms of Service have not been accepted by the profile connected to Revealbot for this ad account, or by the associated Facebook page. Please follow the steps below to accept the terms:

1. Log into the relevant Facebook profile or/and Facebook page associated with the ad account in question

2. Once logged in, please follow the link included in the error wording to accept to the terms, and once it’s done try creating a new campaign from scratch again.

In case the error persists, make sure that all ad account admins use the link and agree to the terms as well.
