At Revealbot, we understand the importance of branding and customization when it comes to reports and analytics. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our feature: White Labelling for Top Creatives and Top Audiences Reports 🎊

This feature allows you to personalize the Tops reports with the company logo, ensuring a professional and cohesive presentation when sharing insights with clients or team members. Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1. Upload you company logo

First, you need to navigate to the account Settings and upload your company logo:

❗️ Important note: the supported file formats include PNG and JPEG, with a maximum file size of 512 KB. Additionally, the resolution should not exceed 512x512 PX.

If the uploaded logo exceeds these specifications, you will be prompted to resize it accordingly.

Step 2. Enable white-labelling for a specific report

Once the logo is uploaded, you will be able to enable or disable the White Labelling within the report settings: click the Share button inside the Top Creatives or Top Audiences report and you'll see the White label sharing toggle:

How does this toggle work?

Depending on whether you completed step 1 and 2, you will get a different format of the report as a result:

  1. Logo uploaded and White Labelling is enabled
In this case, the report will display your logo when shared. This customization adds a professional touch and reinforces brand identity πŸŽ€

  2. No logo uploaded and White Labelling enabled
The report will be generated and shared without any logo, Revealbot logo will be removed as well. While the branding will be generic, the report maintains a clean and polished appearance 🀍

  3. White Labelling disabled
If you disabled this setting, the report will default to displaying Revealbot's logo regardless of the logo uploaded in account settings πŸ“‰

After managing this toggle, simply copy the link and share it with whoever you'd like to discuss the report:

Whether you're a marketing agency, e-commerce business, or brand advertiser, white labelling adds a personalized touch to your reports, enhancing brand visibility and leaving a lasting impression on clients and stakeholders alike.
